Get the Stain Out

Quoting from Ron Suskind’s “The Price of Loyalty”:

A month ago, when (then-Treasury Secretary Paul O’Neill) had said to Cheney that without a good policy process, all you had was “kids rolling around on the lawn,” he couldn’t have forseen that some of those “kids” would be experienced, ambitious men and women atop vast federal agencies, acting, in many cases, on little more than hunches about what the President might think—what he might have suggested with a nod or a wink during some presentation of options—or what he might, someday, be convinced was the right path, long after the U.S. government had already embarked on it.

Folks, the President’s grass stains are far, far more troubling than some other Presidential stains this crazy nation was so interested in several years ago. Can’t you all see that? Five weeks to go, people.

(Did you see that display last night?)
