		<description>That is a tricky spot; indeed, the dead end is very hard to pick up on a chart.  But I would argue that anyone flying around in such close proximity to LGA should hake a hard look at all navigation info ahead of time.</description>

The only thing I would add is that they didn&#039;t realize that there was an end to the corridor because their GPS display was set up for a moving map resolution of about a mile in length.  With a little worse navigation equipment they would probably have blundered along and been just fine. When I was an instructor the &quot;plane owner&quot; types were the very most difficult to fly with.</description>
